DB Regio has the potential to become the central platform for regional services in Germany. However, most regions currently operate and communicate independently or even differ from the parent company Deutsche Bahn.  
The Vision: To transform this fragmented business unit into one unified and strong entity, fully equipped to embody the new strategy as its core focus and communicate it across all regions.
One DB Regio
We proposed the concept of unifying all their regions under one central platform, positioning "DB Regio" as the central hub and strengthen its role as the parent organization it is.
The Toolkit
Currently, many regions face challenges in adhering to the DB design guidelines, which leads to often communicating independently or deviating significantly in their visual representation.
We propose a financially and organizationally efficient solution by introducing a toolkit that allows regions to select from a set of customized icons, logos, and a unified design system. This approach enables each region to create their own communications, campaigns, and content while maintaining visual consistency with the DB brand identity.
