The aim of this project was to design a pizzeria app that would enable users to easily place orders and allow the pizzeria to operate independently of major delivery platforms.
Analysis (current context of use)
The work adhered to a structured and thorough UX process, incorporating methodical steps such as context analysis, user research, persona development, user journey mapping, task modeling and requirement definition.
Design
This led to the creation of a thought-out UI, progressing from low-fidelity wireframes to a clickable high-fidelity Figma prototype.
The resulting application makes the ordering process intuitive, enabling customers to browse offerings and place orders efficiently. This improves the overall customer experience and supports higher conversion rates for the pizzeria business.
The new interaction design enables a fast and reliable ordering process that is tailored to the operational requirements of a pizzeria. Reducing friction losses, ordering errors and the time required for each transaction across devices.

To ensure a smooth and transparent handover to the development team, we maintain close collaboration and continuous communication until the final release of the new software.
